We are a group of Master Gardeners, Durango Botanical Society Members and others dedicated to the ongoing study of our urban and native forests in the Four Corners.

We believe that the best way to study something is to get to know it as intimately as possible and to use as many different ways of learning as possible.

We meet monthly and in between to improve our skills in tree identification, to share stories about trees, to catalog and illustrate our forests, and to spread interest and awareness about them for the general public.
